I was hesitant to get a bid on the remodel of my kitchen with such a modest budget. Sammy assured me that my budget would fuel a wonderful transformation. His staff that executed the work were friendly, considerate, professional and skilled. They eliminated a dated peninsula and added a beautiful island. The work completed for new flooring and stairs was excellent and was very high quality. The existing tile flooring and carpet was removed and then the floor was further leveled to create a very perfect surface for the new flooring and new casement was also installed. Excellent work and value! Marcos Soto was the primary contact and provided excellent guidance throughout this project.

I reached out to Elegant floors to get some remodeling done to my home and it was the best thing I have ever done. Sammy was very helpful with the entire process. From paint, tile, carpet and fire place. Literally everything under one roof. Schedule time was fast and so was the whole remodeling process. Extremely professional crew (6 ppl). Very clean and attention to detail was impeccable. The entire process was seamless and I will definitely be using Elegant floors for all my future remodeling.

Almost a year ago they finished our Master. We have zero regrets! The team was great and their work excellent. It was a big bathroom and closet and lots of supply challenges. We went over budget but WE made some changes along the way. I highly recommend them. We are starting bathroom number two in a couple of weeks.

New porcelain floors throughout home! Process was seamless. Pictures and cabinets protected from dust, tiny grout lines, and baseboards removed and replaced. Beautiful job!

We had a great experience with Elegant Floors. We initially went there for an emergency carpet need. Sammy stepped right in to assist us. He was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. We decided to let Sammy handle all our flooring projects after that. We had luxury vinyl planks installed upstairs and hardwood downstairs. Each of the crews were prompt, professional and cleaned up once they were done. Top quality work! Would definitely use Sammy and team in the future.

I live in North Richland Hills, so I called the Keller location. Marcos was so professional and friendly when he came to my home. When the crew, Alonzo and Manuel, arrived, they worked so hard to get my floor done by Sunday. Manuel worked from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm yesterday to make sure that my floor was completed today. I can not recommend Elegant Floors highly enough!

I chose Elegant Floors to renovate my kitchen after reading several excellent reviews and visiting their store. They were a local company working in this area and the estimate for the work was in my budget range. Though it took some time for the planning stage, when work began, I found the workers to be excellent. All of them were pleasant, professional, and very proficient in their individual specialties—painters, plumbers, electricians, etc. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with my new, updated kitchen. They bent over backwards to make sure every detail of the job was EXACTLY as I wanted. They came in right on budget and on schedule. We just had our floors and carpet installed by Elegant Floors. Great showroom with tons of options and all types of price points. Sammy is a true professional and does a good job guiding you in the right direction. Jennifer, the office manager, was very responsive and did a good job getting us through the process. We highly recommend Elegant Flooring! The whole staff is fantastic and very professional. All the sub contractors that came to the house were equally professional and timely. We did not go over budget and the work was completed reasonably well within the schedule. Would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.
